Asbestos Inspections

The purpose of an Asbestos Inspection is to inspect the structure for suspect Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM), sample, test and analyze the suspect materials, and assess the condition and location of the ACM and other characteristics of the structure. Our Asbestos report is prepared in accordance with Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), Title II of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) as well as any applicable federal, state and local Ordinances and Guidelines regarding Asbestos containing materials.
